Early Childhood Program (ECP)
A key component of the Monarch School, the Early Childhood Program, serves children with developmental disabilities beginning on the child’s third birthday. A variety of services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and individualized instruction, are provided to support children with developmental delays and disabilities. Housing both special needs and typical pre-kindergarten programs in the same facility allows for a myriad of opportunities for the special needs children to interact with typically developing peers. Children typically enter the Early Childhood Program after receiving services through the state’s early intervention program, Babies Can’t Wait.
